After graduating from medical school, Dr. James and Dr. Brian Cotter worked as general surgeons and internists in Irish hospitals, and part-time in off-site clinics for cosmetic procedures. During this time, they were disturbed to see many clinicians prioritizing profits over patients, using unqualified providers.
