Susan Fazilat, NP

Susan Fazilat is our Nurse Practitioner in Brickell City Center, Miami. After achieving a bachelor’s and master’s degree in nursing, she continued her studies in aesthetic medicine. Susan has worked in aesthetic medicine for four years, but has always known this was her chosen path. At the age of 17, she became a licensed cosmetologist. Her driving force is helping people feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally; aesthetics is her tool to do so. Susan’s a perfectionist who loves exploring new places, and new restaurants!

Dana Prieto, NP

Dana Prieto is a medical provider based out of Sisu’s Houston Clinic in Texas. She started her nursing career almost 20 years ago and has a masters in nursing from Kennesaw State University. Dana started her practice as a certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2011 and moved to aesthetics medicine in 2013. Her interest in aesthetics medicine peaked when she was studying for her Master's degree. Dana’s mission is to help patients feel as good on the outside as they feel on the inside.

Ana Leon, NP

Ana Leon, NP, is a Nurse Practitioner and Medical Doctor from Venezuela with 9 years in aesthetics. Inspired by her father, a plastic surgeon, she became an injector. Based in Fort Lauderdale, she specializes in Sisu Miami treatments, blending Anti-Wrinkle Treatments and Dermal Fillers, with Botox as her favorite. Her skincare includes cleanser, serums, moisturizer, and sun cream. She spent 3 years as a Spa Doctor on cruise ships. Ana loves beach trips with her dog, enjoys sushi, and, as a Virgo, values precision.

Based at Sisu Clinic’s Flatiron & Soho locations, she believes injectables should enhance, not overpower, natural beauty—subtle tweaks, major confidence boosts. Her favourite treatment? Neuromodulators. Whether smoothing fine lines or treating teeth grinding (her favorite to perform!), she knows how to balance effectiveness with natural results.

With experience in Plastic Surgery and Dermatology, she specializes in natural-looking aesthetics. Certified as a Master Expert Injector by Allergan, Emily stays current on the safest techniques through local and global conferences. Her favorite treatments include Anti-Wrinkle Treatments, lip fillers, and full facial balancing. Outside work, she enjoys playing guitar, bass, and exploring jazz, blues, and rock music.

Meet Our Medical Leaders

After graduating from medical school, Dr. James and Dr. Brian Cotter worked as general surgeons and internists in Irish hospitals, and part-time in off-site clinics for cosmetic procedures. During this time, they were disturbed to see many clinicians prioritizing profits over patients, using unqualified providers. Motivated by their medical oath to "first, do no harm," the brothers established a practice focused on medical expertise and patient-centered aesthetic care.
