He received his medical degree in 2009 and has experience in radiology, emergency medicine, and urgent care. After graduating from medical school, Dr. James and Dr. Brian Cotter worked as general surgeons and internists in Irish hospitals, and part-time in off-site clinics for cosmetic procedures. During this time, they were disturbed to see many clinicians prioritizing profits over patients, using unqualified providers. Motivated by their medical oath to "first, do no harm," the brothers established a practice focused on medical expertise and patient-centered aesthetic care
